Job summary

SNIPES is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, maintain the store's appearance, and support stock and replenishment. You will engage with customers in a fast-paced, youth-oriented environment and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established goals, including sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, and KPI targets.
• Actively participate in contests, promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Have a complete working knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards from training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent service; answer the telephone professionally.
• Meet company standards for store appearance, product knowledge and store operations.
• Assist store management to maintain the store; keep sales floor and stock area clean and organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep fixtures straightened and filled.
• Assist management with markdowns in a timely manner; work with minimal supervision.
• Follow all security policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Be aware of shrinkage and report potential theft promptly.
