Job summary

The Town of Parker is seeking a Streets Maintenance Technician in Parker, CO to maintain and repair public streets and rights of way, perform snow removal, and operate a range of heavy equipment. You’ll work as part of the Streets Division, following safety practices and contributing to reliable, quality public works.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid Colorado driver’s license. The role offers a staged progression (Technician I–III), with competitive pay bands,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in street maintenance or related field preferred.
• Safety training and ability to operate heavy equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain street maintenance equipment and tools.
• Provide status reports to Streets Supervisor/Lead Technician.
• Maintain and repair street and right-of-way assets.
• Perform snow/ice removal and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Follow Town policies and safety procedures, and support other duties as assigned.
