Job summary

The City of Wildomar is seeking a Maintenance Worker I/II - Streets to join our public works team. You will perform hands-on maintenance of streets, sidewalks, and related infrastructure, contributing to a safe, accessible community.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of related field experience, demonstrate reliability and initiative, and commit to safe, quality workmanship with public service in mind. Position involves varying shifts and exposure to outdoor elements.

Qualifications

• Candidates show reliability, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated teamwork and safety-conscious approach in fieldwork.
• Ability to operate hand tools, portable power tools, and related equipment shift work as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain city streets, roadways, sidewalks, curbs, and signage.
• Perform asphalt and concrete repairs and manage drainage and pavement markings as needed.
• Safely operate tools and light/heavy equipment in a public works setting.
