Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; four years of related construction experience.
• A valid Virginia CDL - Class B with excellent driving record is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy equipment and perform general labor with hand tools and small equipment.
• Conduct concrete construction, finishing, asphalt repairs and storm/sewer work.
• Carry out carpentry, welding and metal fabrication tasks as needed.
• Dump truck and snow plow operation during snow removal; maintain roadway safety.
