• Performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Performs minor painting, plumbing, and maintenance.
• Cleans and stocks the truck.
• Loads and unloads materials; performs yard clean-up and all other duties assigned.
• Performs after-hours standby duty and serves on rotation of duty phone.
• Assists other departments as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
