Healthcare for the Homeless - Houston seeks a physician to deliver trauma-informed primary care to individuals experiencing homelessness across clinic sites and mobile units. You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care with a focus on social determinants of health and preventive services.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document thoroughly in the EHR, and participate in quality improvement and outreach to support housing-related

Competenze

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Current Texas medical license in good standing; DEA and BLS.
Minimum 2 years post-residency clinical experience preferred.

Deliver trauma-informed primary care across lifespan in clinics, shelters, and mobile units.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with attention to behavioral health and social determinants.
Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure compliance with HRSA/UDS standards.
Coordinate referrals, preventive services, and care transitions.
Engage in quality improvement and outreach to address housing-related health needs.
