Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Alabama Class B CDL required.
• Knowledge of street maintenance techniques and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks (single/double axle), backhoe, bobcat, excavator, and other equipment.
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment; perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Transport materials and equipment to and from work sites.
• Flag traffic and install traffic control devices at work sites.
• Cut asphalt and concrete; operate leaf collector; shoot grade; clean ditches; maintain alleys; build drainage boxes.
