• 12 years of experience in ProdOps, Strategy, or Analytics roles.
• BS/BA in Business, CS, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Strategy & Operations team aligned to product areas.
• Drive OKRs and KPIs across Product & Technology leadership.
• Set objectives, define measurable targets, and manage leadership reviews.
• Be the analytical backbone for metrics, identify trends, and surface insights.
• Support executive reviews and improve velocity with operational rigor.
