Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education required.
• Florida Professional Educator Certificate (5-year renewable) or eligible for certification.
• Strong knowledge of current teaching methods and pedagogy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer networks and educational software.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers grade-level curriculum aligned with Diocesan goals.
• Creates detailed lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Provides coaching for STREAM/Robotics in middle school.
• Oversees STREAM/Robotics teams and coordinates weekly STREAM lessons for PK-8.
• Differentiates instruction based on student needs and learning styles.
• Engages parents and communicates effectively with families.
