Job summary

Highspring is seeking a Strategy & Transformation professional to guide clients through major transactions, system implementations, and organizational change. You will lead workshops, build roadmaps, and deliver value to Fortune 100 brands and growth companies.

You will work with senior leaders to shape transformations in FP&A, close/consolidation, and process optimization, with travel up to 25%. The team emphasizes collaboration and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting manufacturing clients including Epicor and/or Infor implementation.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Proven track record leading major transformations.
• Finance Transformation, FP&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay or Treasury Management

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse set of commercial clients from growth to Fortune 100 brands.
• Deliver strategic advice to C-Level executives on value from major investments and transformations.
• Facilitate client working sessions from executive to large group meetings.
• Lead current state assessments and build improvement roadmaps.
• Coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
• The role supports business development across market analysis, client sourcing and proposals.
