Job summary

Highspring is seeking a seasoned Strategy & Transformation consultant to guide manufacturing clients through major transformations, from ERP upgrades to performance improvements. You will lead workshops, develop roadmaps, and deliver value for Fortune 100 brands and mid-market firms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consulting with Epicor or Infor, strong finance and operations experience, and proven ability to motivate teams and manage PMOs in agile environments. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting manufacturing clients, with ERP implementations.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Proven track record leading major transformations.
• Finance Transformation, including Close and Consolidation, FP&A.
• Business Transformation, including process optimization and automation.
• Experience standing up PMO in Scrum/Scaled Agile.
• Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Guide major initiatives like M&A, system implementations, and organizational change.
