Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Management Consulting Intern to support the MC practice across one or more segments such as Healthcare, Operational Excellence, and Strategy & Innovation. The role focuses on assisting with client engagements, documentation, and deliverables under experienced mentors.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential as you contribute to real projects. You will gain hands-on learning in a collaborative environment, with exposure to project lifecycle activities,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; focus in business or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Project delivery experience and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with informational interviews and client meeting facilitation during engagements.
• Document project requirements and business processes.
• Develop initial deliverables and solutions to client issues.
• Take meeting minutes and produce summaries for clients.
• Prepare drafts of reports and presentations using templates.
• Research client industry via tools and trade publications.
• Draft proposals and assist with engagement documentation.
