You will participate in planning, execution, and closeout, developing deliverables, conducting interviews, and guiding junior staff. A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting.
• Experience in M&A integration, supply chain optimization, or finance transformation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams within client engagements and supervise junior staff.
• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and timelines with client and internal teams.
• Develop initial deliverables and solutions; document requirements and findings.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients with supporting materials.
