Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc is offering Co-op and Internship opportunities designed to empower students to apply classroom learning to real-world projects. Roles span Commercial Strategy and Business Development, with hands-on experience across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Freshman to Senior standing pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
• Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers.
• Commit to the full term: 8 months (Co-op) or 4 months (Internship).
• Able to adapt to a corporate setting and work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives.
• Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates.
• Support ISO process evaluation, documentation and communication.
• Support strategy execution by collecting and consolidating progress updates.
• Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new opportunities.
• Support acquisition initiatives.

Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part‑time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.

Co‑op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

Role & Responsibility

Commercial Strategy

• Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
• Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates
• Support ISO (International Organization for Standardization) process evaluation, documentation, and communication

Business Development

• Support strategy execution process by collecting and consolidating strategic initiative progress updates
• Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new business opportunity initiatives
• Support acquisition initiatives

Job Requirement

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
• Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co‑op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting
• Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• Basic computer skills

The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
