Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. offers a student program (Co-op/Intern) in Buford and West Fargo to gain hands-on experience while completing an undergrad degree.

The 8‑month co-op is full-time, internship 4 months part-time, across 18 functions, with opportunities to expand into full-time roles. You will work on commercial strategy dashboards, progress tracking, ISO documentation, and support for expansion and acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Business Admin, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
• Able to present analysis to senior managers.
• Commit to the full term: 8 months for co-op or 4 months for internship.
• Able to work independently and with limited supervision, and collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
• Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates
• Support ISO process evaluation, documentation, and communication
• Collect and consolidate updates to support strategy execution
• Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new opportunities
• Assist acquisition initiatives

Role & Responsibility

• Commercial Strategy Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
• Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates
• Support ISO (International Organization for Standardization) process evaluation, documentation, and communication
• Business Development Support strategy execution process by collecting and consolidating strategic initiative progress updates
• Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new business opportunity initiatives
• Support acquisition initiatives

Job Requirement

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
• Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co‑op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting
• Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• Basic computer skills

The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
