Job summary

Doosan Bobcat in Buford offers a structured student program for Co‑ops and Internships across 18 functions. You will gain hands‑on experience, apply your coursework to real projects, and develop professional skills while pursuing your undergraduate degree.

Co‑ops are 8 months full‑time; internships are semester‑long, part‑time with potential extensions. You will work with seasoned professionals on corporate and production projects, building a strong foundation for your career at a global company.

Qualifications

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics or related field
• Comfortable presenting analysis and research to senior managers
• Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Be able to adapt to working in a corporate setting
• Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards to automate and monitor strategy initiatives
• Create and maintain repository for strategy initiative progress updates
• Support ISO (International Organization for Standardization) process evaluation, documentation, and communication
• Support strategy execution process by collecting and consolidating strategic initiative progress updates
• Support and accelerate business expansion projects and new business opportunity initiatives
• Support acquisition initiatives

The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
