Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. invites driven students to join as an Accounting/Finance intern or co-op. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real-world projects in a global company.

The role focuses on monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting entries in Oracle/BPC, with opportunities for extended semesters and potential full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Responsabilidades

• Create, document, and maintain Monthly Management Reports.
• Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches; map local to corporate ledger.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support monthly reporting package.
• Record monthly Journal Entries in Oracle; process month-end closes (AR, AP, FA).
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts using Blackline; assist in Chart of Accounts updates.

Role & Responsibility

• Finance:Creation/Documentation/Maintenance of Monthly Management Reports
• Improve/Maintain Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple branches
• Validation of mappings from local ledger to corporate ledger
• Ad hoc Financial Analysis and follow-up on monthly reporting package
• General Accounting:Complete monthly Journal Entries through Oracle software
• Submit month end financials into BPC software and complete BPC to Oracle reconciliation
• Complete module closes at month end, i.e.: AR, AP, Fixed Assets
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts through Blackline software throughout the month
• Assist in the Chart of Account process by adding accounts and mapping in Oracle

Job Requirement

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with Finance/Accounting Concentration Science or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must
• A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow written instructions

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
