Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related fields.
• Graduation date should be after the internship period.
• Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data visualization and storytelling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing strategic documents, presentations, and talking points.
• Assist in analyzing IDB Lab’s activities, country priorities, and private sector trends.
• Assist in analyzing portfolio and pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and key messages.
• Assist in maintaining country profiles, strategic materials, and knowledge products, ensuring consistency and quality.
