Job summary

Golub Capital’s Investor Partners Group (IPG) seeks a strategic professional to support the COO team and senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives. You will help with governance, budgeting, and strategic planning while preparing analyses for senior management.

You will interact with executives, manage multiple projects, and drive process enhancements using AI tools, contributing to Golub Capital’s Gold Standard investor client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and CFA a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to work with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Support IPG COO Team, Co-Presidents and senior leaders with initiatives and cross-functional priorities.
• Assist in developing business plans, budgets and resourcing plans including 3-year plans.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting with Strategic Accounting & Finance.
• Manage project plans, milestones and execution of initiatives and expansion efforts.
• Drive process improvement and leverage AI-enabled solutions.
