Responsibilities

• Assist IPG COO Team, Co-Presidents and senior leaders with key initiatives and cross-functional priorities.

• Ensure projects are defined, prioritized and completed on time and on budget.
• Prepare key financial analyses and reports with Strategic Accounting & Finance.
• Assist with presentations, analyses and recommendations for senior management.
• Manage project plans, milestones and execution of expansion efforts.
• Help drive process improvement through AI-enabled solutions.
• Provide leverage to IPG COO Team and sub-departments.
• Become an expert on Golub Capital and the asset management industry.

The Investor Partners Group ("IPG") is a ~175-person department dedicated to developing and nurturing investor client relationships. IPG integrates new business development, client service, product specialists and product development to create a Gold Standard investor client experience.

Position Responsibilities

This individual will assist the IPG COO Team, Co-Presidents and senior business leaders with key initiatives, business challenges, cross-functional priorities and expanding business capabilities.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Supporting project leaders in the execution of critical initiatives; assisting with establishing governance and supervisory frameworks in partnership with Global Product Group, Sales and Planning & Operations Teams
• Supporting the development of business plans, budget forecasts and resourcing plans including quarterly, annual and 3-year plans
• Working with the IPG COO Team to ensure all projects are clearly defined, prioritized and completed on time, on budget and with excellent quality
• Preparing key financial analyses and reporting in partnership with the Strategic Accounting & Finance Team
• Assisting with preparation of presentations, analyses and recommendations for senior management
• Managing project plans, tracking milestones and supporting execution of key initiatives and expansion efforts
• Helping to drive process improvement through AI-enabled solutions
• Providing leverage to the IPG COO Team and sub-departments
• Becoming an expert on Golub Capital and the alternative asset management industry
• Keeping abreast of industry best practices and how those might be implemented at Golub Capital

Candidate Requirements

Compensation And Benefits

For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $140,000 to $165,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
