Golub Capital’s Investor Partners Group (IPG) seeks a strategic professional to support the COO team and senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives. You will help with governance, budgeting, and strategic planning while preparing analyses for senior management.

You will interact with executives, manage multiple projects, and drive process enhancements using AI tools, contributing to Golub Capital’s Gold Standard investor client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and CFA a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Support IPG COO Team, Co-Presidents and senior leaders with initiatives and cross-functional priorities.

Position InformationHiring Manager:DirectorDepartment:IPG - COODepartment OverviewThe Investor Partners Group (“IPG”) is a ~175-person department dedicated to developing and nurturing investor client relationships. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
