Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across supply chain, procurement, project management, product management, business operations or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs supporting Lenovo's server and data center growth.
• Combine strong project management with business strategy insight and stakeholder management.
• Align priorities, accelerate execution, and enable scalable operational performance across global functions.
• IT/Technical server experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Will drive cross‑functional strategic initiatives, operational transformation programs, and executive‑level projects that support the company’s growth in the server and data center industry as part of the Group Operations Officer (GOO) Strategy Team
• Will combine strong project management capabilities with business strategy insight, operational excellence, and stakeholder management skills
• Will play a critical role in aligning organizational priorities, accelerating execution, and enabling scalable operational performance across global business functions
• IT/Technical server experience strongly preferred

• 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, project management, product management, business operations, and/or engineering experience
