Job description

Verve has created a more efficient and privacy-focused way to buy and monetize advertising. Verve is an ecosystem of demand and supply technologies fusing data, media, and technology together to deliver results and growth to both advertisers and publishers–no matter the screen or location, no matter who, what, or where a customer is. With 30 offices across the globe and with an eye on servicing forward-thinking advertising customers, Verve’s solutions are trusted by more than 90 of the United States’ top 100 advertisers, 4,000 publishers globally, and the world’s top demand-side platforms. Learn more atverve.com .

Verve For Advertisers is a technology company that empowers brands and agencies to connect moments of discovery and drive measurable outcomes across screens.

As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory.

We are looking for a methodical Presentation Designer to partner directly with our Strategy team. You will step in on high-stakes opportunities to translate our most technical product capabilities and data-heavy concepts into simple, striking visuals, seamlessly weaving them into high-quality presentations, one-sheeters, and pitch collateral.

You will own the visual layout of sales decks, case studies and more. Beyond active deal support, you will act as the system gatekeeper, building and maintaining our core slide templates and approved asset libraries to keep the Strategy team scaling efficiently.

Responsibilities include
  • Elevate or custom-build high-stakes pitch decks and transform them into polished, visually cohesive client deliverables using Powerpoint.
  • Transform unstructured ideas into a persuasive narrative flow, guiding clients through our strategy and visually proving what makes Verve’s capabilities unmatched in the market.
  • Turn highly complex AdTech product specifications, measurement data, and workflows into highly intuitive, visual diagrams and layouts that make our value proposition click instantly.
  • Own the Strategy resource library, keeping our master slide templates, vertical collateral, and one-sheets updated, clean, and organized so the team always has fresh, approved assets.
  • Support templates and baseline visual inputs for our internal AI deck-generation tools to ensure automated outputs look on-brand.
  • Track and analyze how clients interact and engage with your design using content analytics and feedback loops, learning from what resonates to continually pivot, iterate, and improve our visual narrative systems.
  • Use Photoshop to design campaign mock-ups that will be infused in client pitch decks to show how we will elevate and innovate their campaign creative.
  • Coordinate with our internal Brand Designers for larger projects and brand-level assets or general product design.
Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
  • You’re a technical perfectionist with an eye for precision, ensuring that every grid, auto-layout setting, and spacing value is responsive and built to scale perfectly.
  • You look at a complex technical workflow and immediately picture how to map it out into a simple, beautiful framework.
  • You prioritize strategic goals and business 'whys' over personal aesthetic. You make informed design decisions that directly elevate viewer comprehension.
  • You’re always thinking about how your work could drive more user engagement and analyze content performance to actively iterate and improve your designs.
  • You’re a workflow innovator and proactively find time-saving efficiencies.
  • You own your projects and confidently brainstorm ideas, present concepts to stakeholders, and lead the tactical discussions.
  • You easily navigate tight turnaround times, delivering exceptional, client-ready work on short notice without compromising on the details.
Requirements
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategic design role, ideally within a brand strategy or marketing environment
  • A portfolio demonstrating expert-level layout, typography, and data visualization skills, showcasing pitch decks, business presentations, and sales collateral
  • Proven project ownership, with the ability to turn concepts into intuitive and impactful designs
  • Exceptional communication skills, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to every project
  • PowerPoint wizard, with a deep understanding of master slides, style sheets, and building scalable templates
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop to build campaign mock-ups and Illustrator for vector graphics)
  • Experience working with or managing templates for AI deck-generation tools (Claude Design)
  • Proficiency in Google Slide and Keynote presentation design
  • Proficiency in Figma for sharing assets and aligning with the internal brand design team
  • Advertising and media industry experience is a plus
