About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, growth mindset BD Manager (E-commerce) to help accelerate our growth with brand advertisers and agency partners. This is a full-cycle role: you'll prospect and close new business, guide advertisers through onboarding, and then stay in the seat as the strategic partner who grows and retains our top e-commerce accounts over time.

If you have a deep understanding of the e-commerce advertising ecosystem (ROAS, attribution, retail media, sponsored ads), a growth mindset, the adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, and a proven track record of hitting quota, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Drive New Business Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, targeting direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, e-commerce sellers, and media agencies.
  • Prospect & Qualify: Build a robust, high-performing pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
  • Deliver Strategic Pitches: Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and present compelling data-driven business cases to VP and C-level marketing executives.
  • Lead Onboarding: Partner closely with Account Management and Campaign Operations teams to ensure seamless advertiser onboarding and strong campaign launches.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain precise forecast accuracy and log all sales and account activity in the CRM.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle sales and/or account management experience in Ad Tech, E-commerce, or Retail Media.
  • Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding quota and growing existing account revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in digital advertising metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and familiarity with platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon Ads, etc.
  • Mindset: A growth mindset and the adaptability to thrive amid shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment.
  • Skillset: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills; the ability to simplify complex technical products into high-value commercial solutions.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
