Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Strategy & Planning Lead to drive enterprise initiatives from ideation to measurable impact. You will connect business, technology, data, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution across large programs.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and a driver mindset to turn complex ideas into action, with hybrid in-office and remote work and a reporting line to the VP of Strategy, Release & Operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management, business operations, or strategy roles within technology or data-focused organizations.
• Ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited direct authority.
• Experience in AI, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong governance understanding.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company’s initiatives into a clear roadmap with defined priorities, timelines, and success metrics
• Partner with functional, product, and data leaders to identify and advance high-value scope and initiatives
• Keep the roadmap adaptive to changing business priorities
• Build and maintain the core operating model for large-scale programs: intake, prioritization, review, and execution tracking
• Lead cross-functional coordination with application engineering, product management and analytics teams
• Simplify complex processes and create visibility through dashboards and documentation
• Communicate progress and decisions openly through updates and scorecards
• Turn strategy into action through disciplined planning and milestone tracking
• Address roadblocks with agility and resourcefulness across teams
