Job summary
Caterpillar in Irving, Texas, seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager to provide leadership operations, planning, and decision support for senior executives. You will act as the operational integrator, translating priorities into coordinated action while ensuring visibility, structure, and cadence for execution.
Responsibilities include executive dashboards, portfolio visibility, and cross-functional coordination across Finance, HR, Product, Engineering, PMO, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive leadership, business operations, or strategy.
- Proven ability to create executive dashboards and management reports.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership operating rhythms and planning sessions.
- Track commitments, actions, and decisions with accountability.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate planning and execution across Finance, HR, Product, Engineering, and PMO.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
