Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Program Manager within Google Cloud Security to lead cross-functional programs, optimize OpEx and headcount, and partner with Finance, People Operations, and leadership to ensure budget discipline and hiring velocity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Experience in product strategy, financial analysis, business generation strategy, economics, executive communication, and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage projects across the Engineering portfolio, deliver executive level briefing and prepare VPs for critical meetings.
Drive end-to-end budget lifecycle including planning, performance reporting, and spend optimization.
Own headcount data integrity and track hiring progress with managers.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking key metrics.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify bottlenecks and present recommendations to GCS leadership.
