Qualifications

• Eight years in management consulting, product strategy, or analytics in tech.
• Five years in program or project management with executive stakeholders.
• Experience shaping product strategy and GTM plans, with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across engineering portfolios and prepare executive briefings.
• Drive end-to-end budget lifecycle including planning, reporting, and optimization.
• Own headcount data integrity and coordinate with hiring managers on budget-aligned hiring.
• Develop operational dashboards tracking budgets and hiring velocity.
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and present leadership-ready recommendations.
