Job summary

TradingView invites a highly analytical Strategy & Operations professional to join the CEO/COO Office. You will own ambiguous problems, dive into data, quantify impacts, and drive implementation.

The role emphasizes AI-driven workflows and collaboration with Finance, Product, and Engineering to create scalable solutions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent analytics at a high-growth tech company, with strong problem-solving skills and Excel prowess.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment (strategy consulting or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and ability to work with messy or incomplete data
• Ability to partner with Finance, Product, Engineering and leadership
• Experience using AI tools to automate and scale analyses

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ambiguous business problems and structure them into hypotheses, analyses and actions
• Dive into data and processes to identify root causes, not symptoms
• Quantify financial and operational impact and assess solutions
• Perform deep dives across vendor spend, payments, banking, market data, subscriptions and internal ops
• Build practical models and decision-support tools from imperfect data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Develop clear recommendations and drive implementation and measurable impact
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research and execution
• Design repeatable AI-powered workflows to eliminate manual work
