Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape how we expand and operate globally. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives, using data-driven insights to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

You’ll lead cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and drive partnerships to accelerate growth while maintaining a focus on efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong track record of owning complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable processes to support rapid growth.
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects end to end.
• Prioritise projects and set timelines to reach goals quickly.
• Explore features to improve customer experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms.
