Responsibilities

• Own key operational processes for crypto products.
• Lead new initiatives from concept to execution with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners (issuers, providers, custodians).
• Monitor and improve KPIs for crypto operations and product health.
• Support new market launches and adapt operations to jurisdictional rules.
• Research best practices and propose roadmap innovations.
• Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience.
