PayPal is seeking an energetic, strategic professional to join the Office of the CTO and support the broader Technology organization. This high-visibility role partners with senior executives and helps steer critical initiatives shaping PayPal's future.

You will lead complex analyses, drive strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders across global teams to deliver end-to-end results. The role includes mentorship and enterprise-scale impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or quantitative degree preferred.

• Lead development of PayPal's Technology strategy across multiple workstreams.
• Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic projects.
