Job summary

Enova is seeking a Strategy & Operations intern to support one of its core P&Ls and help push performance improvements for customers. Over 10 weeks, you’ll tackle projects from automating processes to strategic product initiatives, gaining broad exposure in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative field
• Strong Excel modeling skills and ability to analyze data to drive decisions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating complex ideas clearly

Responsibilities

• Support Enova’s core P&Ls and help drive peak performance for customers
• Contribute to projects ranging from automating a business process to launching new products
• Work in a hybrid in-office/remote environment with a clear impact on strategic initiatives

Job description

• As a Strategy & Operations intern, you will directly support one of Enova’s core P&Ls and tackle projects that ensure Enova is operating at peak performance, and continuously improving so our customers can have the best possible experience
• Over a period of 10 weeks, you will partake in projects that can range from short-term immediate impact projects, like automating a business process, to long term strategic initiatives, such as a new product launch

• As a member of the Enova internship program, you will have the benefit of networking with other interns across the company through in-person team outings, lunches, and events
• This summer, our interns went on an architecture tour, volunteered at the Chicago Food Depository, had an event at Ace Bounce for ping pong, and wrapped up the summer with a presentation about their summer project(s)
• This internship will begin June 15, 2027 - August 19, 2027
