Guidehouse is seeking a skilled professional in Washington to support organizational transformation initiatives through research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will develop client-ready materials and help implement future-state designs.

The role requires 1–3 years of related consulting experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Travel is up to 10%, and a federal clearance readiness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, management, political science, economics, organizational development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, program support, business analysis, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
• Experience creating presentations, analyses, reports, or other client-facing deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Experience coordinating meetings, managing action items, and supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of organizational structures, business processes, workforce data, and operating models to support organizational transformation initiatives.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions by developing agendas, documenting findings, tracking action items, and synthesizing feedback.
• Develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing documents for senior client and project team review.
• Assist in documenting current-state and future-state organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, governance processes, and operating procedures.
• Analyze workforce, workload, and operational data to identify trends, support staffing analyses, and inform organizational recommendations.
• Support the development of implementation plans, project schedules, risk logs, and status reports to help track project progress and milestones.
• Assist with change management and stakeholder engagement activities, including communications planning, meeting coordination, and adoption tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality client deliverables within established deadlines.
