Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a strategy and transformation consultant to transform business processes for national security and federal law enforcement clients. You will analyze data, develop organizational strategies, and present concise reports to clients and executives.

You will work on-site in Washington, DC, with up to 10% travel and a Top Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience are required, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills as a plus.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including C-suite level materials.
• Experience creating and delivering strategic communications and visuals for senior leaders.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and craft engagement plans across diverse groups.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and data visualization approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy through execution, transforming business processes and organizational strategies.
• Prepare and present reports and visuals to executives and clients.
• Lead or contribute to client meetings and workshops; synthesize data into high-level outputs.
