Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) seeks an Associate to support the COO’s office for a six-month period. You will work closely with senior leaders across Finance, HR, and global programs to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operating effectiveness.

Responsibilities include analytical support, dashboard creation, and coordination of cross-functional projects. You will plan leadership meetings, prepare briefings, and help optimize processes in a fast-paced, remote, global health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience (3–5 years or more).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and project management support for CHAI leadership.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations translating data into insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in planning leadership meetings and preparing briefs and pre-reads.
• Identify risks and improve processes to enhance COO efficiency.
