Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years supporting senior executives
• Ability to anticipate needs, exercise judgment, and own workstreams end‑to‑end
• Experience with board governance or high‑level stakeholder engagement preferred
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion
• Exceptional writing skills and polished briefing materials
• Strong project management across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Remote work experience with decentralized teams is highly desirable
• Embodies CHAI values and represents the organization professionally

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day executive support for the CEO, calendars, travel, and briefings
• Own Board engagement: agendas, materials, records, and governance operations
• Lead special projects and cross‑functional coordination across teams
• Manage internal and external communications, risk flags, and time audits
• Coordinate alumni network planning and related strategic initiatives
