Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to provide senior-level support to the Office of the CEO, oversee governance and board logistics, and lead strategic special projects.

This role requires a proactive, independent professional who can manage calendars, travel, and communications across multiple teams and partners, ensuring alignment with CHAI’s mission and global health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years supporting senior executives.
• Experience with Board governance and governance operations preferred.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills; able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, including calendar management and travel planning.
• Lead Board and governance logistics, agendas, materials, and documentation with discretion.
• Coordinate alumni relations and special projects to support strategic initiatives.
• Plan and manage internal and external meetings and communications across a decentralized team.
