Job Description:

Most financial institutions lack the scale and data sophistication to manage corporate travel effectively, leading to missed savings and uneven traveler experiences. Concertiv solves this by aggregating spend across our network and turning fragmented data into clear, actionable insights that drive real value. We are seeking a high-performing Analyst to accelerate this mission. You will blend rigorous analytics with cross‑functional problem‑solving, helping us expand our travel programs, strengthen our client value propositions, and support our momentum as we grow. Prior travel operations experience is not required, just a strong analytical foundation, experience in fast‑paced environments, and a willingness to dive in and learn quickly.

What You’ll do:

• Design and own the dashboards and insights that drive strategic decisions for our corporate travel network and create the insights and narratives that help win new business and influence senior decision‑makers.
• Partner with senior leadership to uncover whitespace in our product offering and help design the roadmap for program expansion.
• Collaborate with industry experts to develop compelling client‑facing content that communicates the value of our programs and differentiates us in the market.
• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new clients — becoming their trusted guide, demonstrating program value, and establishing the foundation for long‑term success.
• Work closely with Product and Client Success to solve cross‑functional challenges, improve workflows, and shape how we deliver exceptional value to our clients.
• Gain fast‑track exposure to the corporate travel ecosystem, from rate negotiation to vendor relationships to spend analytics, building skills typically acquired only after years in the industry.
• Develop rigorous analytical instincts – your precision will drive pricing, client decisions, and strategic insights across the company.

Skills and qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience in consulting, banking, or another analytical role, with a track record of top‑quartile performance.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to develop polished, client‑facing documents and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, engineering, or a related field.
