Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst II in Cambridge, MA to operationalize product strategy through data management, business analysis, and process improvement.

You will help drive proactive decision-making, scale insights, and KPI development across platform teams. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement to optimize performance and support global metrics, progress, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Analytics, Data Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Plus one year of experience in related technical role.
• Experience with KPI analysis, forecasting, planning, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operationalizing aspects of product strategy through business analysis, data management, and process improvement.
• Evaluating business problems and analyzing data to inform strategy and drive product success.
• Optimizing processes to support decision-making at scale.
• Collaborating with Platform leaders to develop and manage KPIs.
• Enabling data intelligence and processes to understand & optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Working with Platform teams to develop and standardize insights for global metrics, progress, and risks.
