Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for a Strategy & Operations Analyst II in Cambridge, MA (remote options available nationwide).

You will operationalize product strategy through data management, analytics, and process improvements to drive proactive decision-making and scalable insights. Collaborate with Platform leaders to develop and manage KPIs, optimize processes, and provide critical visibility into global metrics, progress, and risks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Analytics, Data Analytics Engineering, CS, or Information Systems.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in analytics or a closely related role.
• Experience with KPI analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize product strategy through business analysis, data management, and process improvement.
• Develop and manage KPIs with Platform leaders to inform global metrics, progress, and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization to enable scalable decision making.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and facilitate strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
