Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst II to support data-driven decision making within the Business Operations, Data & Analytics team.

You will partner with the Cloud Technology Group and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics, dashboards, and automated reporting. You will build data pipelines, model data, and translate requirements into actionable insights for Networks, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams to gather requirements and metrics.
• Automate reporting and enable self-serve visibility into key metrics.
• Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and models for analytics use cases.
• Write queries and combine data from multiple sources.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders via visualizations and reports.
