Job Description

This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate's degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher are not eligible.

Early Career Apprentice Program

Join our 12-24 month apprentice program to work and learn simultaneously. You will earn, receive career guidance, mentorship, and tuition assistance while attending school. This program focuses on Strategy & Operations, exposing you to projects that impact the organization and providing valuable experience in strategic decision-making, process analysis, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. Unofficial transcript required for prescreening.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data synthesis skills.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and engagement in development activities.

Role Responsibilities

Compensation

Part-time, 20-40 hours/week, $18-$25/hour, with benefits.
