Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• MBA preferred for senior strategic alignment.
• 3–5 years in business strategy, communications, operations, or consulting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for stakeholder presentations.
• Data visualization skills a plus (PowerBI, Smartsheets).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SMC manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Dallas BU.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and visuals communicating performance and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with leadership.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured plans with clear recommendations.
• Craft narratives and communications for diverse internal audiences.
