Job summary

Moss, a national construction firm, is seeking a Strategy, Marketing, & Communications Specialist to join the Dallas BU. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop data-driven insights, and craft narratives that align marketing, strategy, and communications with Moss's growth goals.

Based in Allen, Texas, the role requires collaboration with Strategy, Marketing, and Communications managers and offers visibility into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business strategy, communications, operations, or related field.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Data visualization skills a plus (PowerBI, Smartsheets).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking—translate data into recommendations.
• Ability to manage projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Dallas BU.
• Conduct research and market intelligence to inform BU strategy and planning.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating performance and alignment to strategy.
• Develop leadership materials to effectively convey objectives and results.
• Independently manage cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured plans for senior leaders.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking mechanisms for on-time delivery.
• Craft narratives and materials tailored to diverse internal audiences, including executives.
• Identify best practices and opportunities for strategic innovation across the BU.
