You are:

An experienced professional with strong growth strategy and front office transformation experience, focusing on industries such as communications, media, and technology (including software & platforms, high-tech companies). Your key focus areas may include sales effectiveness/enablement, go-to-market strategies, B2B/B2C growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales operating model design. Experience across marketing, service strategy, and other industries is a plus.

You are a problem solver with solid project delivery experience within industry or consulting, comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments. You have experience managing executive client relationships as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions like AI/Gen-AI. You know how to balance team project responsibilities with managing project progress for account leadership.

Additionally, you are:

  • Passionate about helping clients solve complex growth and customer experience challenges, supporting strategic transformations.
  • Knowledgeable about CMT industries and front-line sales and commerce organizations, ready to apply this knowledge to optimize client sales and service solutions.
  • Prepared to dive deep into problem solving using creative and analytical thinking to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Energized by working in an agile, fast-paced environment and collaborating with teams.
  • Familiar with sales processes and experienced in pitching proposals and solutions to address client challenges.

The work:

As a Strategy Manager, you will leverage your expertise in sales & commerce to define and implement front office growth strategies, helping clients achieve top-line growth, focusing on sales and channel/distribution. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Thought Leadership
  • Understanding client needs, supporting solution development, and delivering impactful projects to transform their sales organizations within CMT.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentoring junior team members and growing your own expertise to sustain Accenture’s thought leadership.
  • Delivery Execution
    • Designing and executing large-scale transformation programs, including assessments, target state design, and operating model changes.
    • Implementing industry-specific, functional, and digital operational transformations.
    • Synthesizing technology needs by analyzing solutions and selecting relevant tools to meet client requirements.
    • Managing implementation projects from requirements through deployment, involving client engagement and large teams.
  • Sales & Origination
    • Originating, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, including sales enablement, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives.
    • Driving pipeline development from initial idea to contract and implementation, leveraging capabilities across the organization.
    • Managing deal performance and profitability, identifying opportunities for extension or upselling.

    Minimum requirements include:

    • Over 5 years of CMT industry experience, leading transformations in sales, operations, product, or strategy roles.
    • At least 2 years in strategy consulting, managing complex programs and business development.
    • Over 3 years supporting strategic recommendations, managing P&L or business pipelines, and advising at executive levels.

    Bonus points for an MBA, excellent communication skills, strong client relationship skills, experience with CRM/CPQ/Sales Transformation, working with diverse delivery teams, and existing industry networks. Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or emerging technologies is also advantageous.
