You are:

An experienced professional with deep growth strategy and front office transformation experience, focusing on industries such as communications, media, and technology (including software & platforms, and high-tech companies). Your key focus areas may include sales effectiveness/enablement, go-to-market strategies, B2B/B2C direct-to-customer growth, channel strategy, lead management, and sales operating model design. Additional experience in marketing, service strategy, or other industries is a plus.

You are a problem solver with extensive consulting (preferred) and/or industry experience, comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments. You have experience managing executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions (e.g., AI / Gen-AI capabilities). You know how to lead and contribute to team efforts effectively.

You also are:
  • Passionate about helping clients solve complex growth and customer experience challenges, supporting strategic transformations.
  • Knowledgeable about CMT industries and front-line sales and commerce organizations, ready to apply your knowledge to optimize and transform sales and service solutions.
  • Experienced in managing executive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and leading junior team members.
  • Prepared to engage in deep problem solving using creative and analytical thinking.
  • Energized by working in an agile, fast-paced environment and collaborating with teams.
  • Familiar with selling processes and experienced in pitching proposals and solutions.
The work:

As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will leverage your expertise in sales & commerce to define and enable growth strategies, helping clients achieve top-line growth with a focus on sales and channel/distribution. Your responsibilities include:

  • Thought Leadership: Understanding client needs, developing solutions, and delivering high-impact initiatives; building long-term relationships; creating unique perspectives on customer strategies and markets; mentoring junior team members.
  • Delivery Execution: Designing and executing large-scale transformation programs; implementing industry-specific and digital operating models; analyzing technology solutions; managing engagement processes from planning to deployment.
  • Sales & Origination: Originating and closing new opportunities; managing sales pipelines; driving performance and profitability; leveraging capabilities across the organization.
Minimum qualifications:
  • 7+ years of CMT industry experience, leading transformations in sales, operations, product, or strategy roles.
  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, managing complex programs and business development.
  • 3+ years in originating and closing new opportunities, developing proposals.
  • 2+ years in making strategic recommendations, managing P&L or pipelines, advising at the executive level.
Bonus points:
  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM, CPQ, Lead to Order, Sales Transformation implementations.
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Existing network within the Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or emerging technologies.
