Job summary

AI Digital is seeking a seasoned Strategy professional to lead RFPs, shape client growth plans, and guide market research.

You will partner with Growth, Planning and Client Services to deliver data-driven narratives, produce client-ready materials, and advance AI-enabled workflows across the team. This fully remote role offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in media, advertising, strategy, planning, programmatic, or a related field.
• Led RFP/RFI development and managed strategic projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, audience strategy, and omnichannel campaign planning.
• Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills; translate data into strategic narratives.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides; high-quality presentation design.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Collaborative mindset across Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services.
• Fluent with AI tools in the strategy workflow; curiosity about light vibe coding, custom assistants, automation, and low-code/no-code tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Proposal & RFP Leadership: lead RFI/RFP development for opportunities, owning the narrative, structure, and strategic rationale.
• Growth & Client Strategy Partnership: serve as a key strategic resource for Growth and designated accounts, developing proactive recommendations that support client objectives, retention, and new business growth.
• Industry Research & Thought Leadership: conduct comprehensive industry, audience, category, and market research to inform strategic decisions, internal POVs, capabilities decks, and client-facing materials.
• Operational Contribution: help improve strategy workflows, reusable materials, templates, and AI-enabled processes that enhance Strategy and Planning team efficiency.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Support: develop and present strategic recommendations for client pitches, QBRs, and priority requests in partnership with Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services.

Must-have

Hiring Flow

• Screening Interview (45 minutes): initial conversation with a recruiter.
• Test Assignment (3 days): complete a task to showcase your skills.
• Team Interview (up to 45 minutes): a meeting with your potential Team Lead to assess team fit and discuss role-specific responsibilities, expectations and workflows.
