Who We Are

We are a rapidly growing embodied AI company revolutionizing human labor. Leveraging cutting‑edge robotics and advanced artificial intelligence, we develop transformative technologies that redefine how work is done across multiple industries—empowering businesses to streamline operations, boost productivity, and unlock new possibilities.

Overview

As a Strategy & Execution Manager, you will operate as a key extension of the VP of North America, driving critical initiatives across the business and ensuring execution against our highest‑priority objectives. This is a highly dynamic, high‑ownership role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can step into a wide range of functions to move the company forward.

You will work across sales, operations, marketing, and product—identifying gaps, solving problems, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. From internal operations to external customer‑facing initiatives, you will play a central role in scaling the business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Initiatives & Execution

Own and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.

Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear timelines and accountability.

Identify operational gaps and step in to solve them quickly and effectively.

Track progress against key initiatives and ensure consistent execution across teams.

  • CEO / VP Office Support

Act as a force multiplier for the CEO & VP, North America across day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.

Prepare materials, analyses, and insights to support decision-making.

Manage and coordinate key meetings, follow‑ups, and internal communications.

Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Operations & Problem Solving

Jump into a variety of functions (sales ops, finance, deployments, marketing, partnerships) as needed.

Build and improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Analyze data across the business to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support execution of customer deployments and key accounts when needed.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with sales, finance, engineering, operations, and marketing to drive alignment.

Facilitate communication between teams to remove blockers and accelerate progress.

Support planning cycles, forecasting, and business reviews.

Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high‑growth startup environments.
    • Experience working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
    • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects and deliver results.
    • Experience in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where roles are not rigidly defined.
  • Skills
    • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
    • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams.
    • Comfortable operating across both strategic and tactical levels.
    • Self-starter with high ownership and accountability.
    • Adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
    • Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize effectively.
