What You’ll Do

• Strategic Planning: Partner with leaders to develop and track mid‑ and long‑term strategic roadmaps.
• Execution & Project Management: Coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Corporate Scorecard: Own and evolve the scorecard to monitor progress across business units.
• Operational Reporting: Lead monthly reporting to synthesize performance and progress for leadership.
• Executive Engagement: Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings and follow‑ups.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct deep dives to support decision‑making and strategic direction.
• Cross‑Functional Influence: Build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of experience, including 8+ in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or consulting.
• 3+ years in an operating company, translating strategy into execution.
